The information you provide us regarding yourself is considered private information and will not be shared with others. This includes your name, address, phone, e-mail address, and credit card information. The name and address of the gift recipient, and the card message is shared with the local filling florist only. Your credit card information and copy of your order is NOT stored
delivery in output, festive and предпраздничные days
in connection with big load at festive days urgently we recommend to do your order beforehand (for 5-7 days!).
in any event we shall exert every effort that order was delivered upon the terms.
because of cutting the increase the volume of the orders on delivery colour and подарков at period holiday, many флористы prefer the flexible graph of the work and deliveries. for this reason we can not guarantee delivery in exactly specified time. this pertains to the following holiday: cristmas, new year, orthodox cristmas, day saint валентина, international feminine day, easter, as well as at days national holiday in each country.

all are a catholic countries (the country of the europe, america, australia) have a rest days on cristmas and easter. on-this do your order for earlier period, otherwise execution of your order will is carried on nearest workday.
we can not guarantee delivery in sunday since majority of the florist's shops do not work in this day. (in this case your order will is executed in nearest workday).
however in majority city ukraines delivery in sunday possible!
at festive days of the price usually increase on 15-30%.
We don't send delivery confirmation if delivery was successful usually and contact Sender only having a problems with delivery(for revision of address, phone number of recipient,..). It's because sometimes we need up to 2-3 days to receive the confirmation from our local florist. Sender usually will have time to know that delivery was successful quicker than 3 days. However You may indicate in order You want receive delivery confirmation, then we will send You the delivery confirmation as soon as it will be possible!
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. 48 hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.
An order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment (i.e. created by the designer). In case an order has been cancelled we keep 15% of the order's total price and refund the rest of the sum paid. In case of incomplete/incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the infrastructure costs involved and to the fact that flowers are perishable.
If your floral arrangement is not fresh and not of the highest quality, we will willingly replace it. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers you should send an explanation of your problem to us within 48 hours after delivery. Sorry, because fresh cut flowers are highly perishable, we cannot offer a replacement or refund if you do not notify us promptly of your concern.
